ABOUT
Founded by an ancient and great lineage of anointed Saints in the Hindu religion, Sri Gnanananda Giri Peetam is a direct descendant of the original Kashmir Jyothir Mutt, established by Sri Adi Shankaracharya as one of four aamnaya Mutts to spread not only the Advaita philosophy but also uphold the traditions and values taught by Hinduism. The saints in this Giri Peetam lineage propagate the Oneness of God and His creation through the Advaita Philosophy while upholding the three main pillars of Hinduism:
