SRI GNANANANDA GIRI PEETAM

One day, Swami Kailasananda of Sri Ramakrishna Math came with Namaji to Thapovanam to meet Gurunathar. Swami Kailaasananda and Gurunathar had lengthy conversations where Gurunaathar cited many incidents in the life of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa whom His Holiness had interacted with on many ocassions. This included the fact that He (Gurunathar) was present when Swami Ramakrishna received Upadesa from Sri Thothadri Swamigal.

 

Swami Kailasaananda, during his visits to the Belur Math at Calcutta, confirmed the incidents as told by Gurunathar, by referring to the archives available at the Math.
